Commercial paving across the East Mountains
From businesses along Old Route 66 and the I-40 frontage to churches, storage facilities and ranch properties in the Estancia Valley, commercial pavement has to work harder than a residential driveway. It sees more vehicles, heavier loads and tighter turning. We plan the structure, drainage and schedule around how your property actually operates.
What we pave
Retail & offices
Customer parking, drive lanes, entrances and drive-throughs.
Churches & schools
Lots that handle heavy weekend or drop-off traffic, phased around services and calendars.
Storage & RV yards
Durable drive aisles that stand up to trailers, motorhomes and box trucks.
Ranch & agricultural
Equipment yards, shop aprons, barn entrances and long access drives.
HOAs & subdivisions
Shared roads, mailbox turnouts, cul-de-sacs and multi-year maintenance plans.
Industrial pads
Heavier sections for loading areas, dumpster pads and equipment parking.
What sets a commercial job apart
- Load-based design. Heavier base and asphalt sections where trucks travel, rather than over-building the entire site.
- Drainage planning. Larger paved areas collect a lot of monsoon water. We grade for positive drainage to inlets, swales or ponds.
- Phased scheduling. Work in sections so the property stays usable.
- Maintenance planning. We can lay out a crack seal and sealcoat schedule so your pavement budget is predictable.
Also available
Parking lot paving and striping, chip seal for large low-traffic areas, and recycled millings for yards and overflow parking.
Frequently asked questions
Do you provide written proposals for commercial projects?
Yes. You'll get a written proposal outlining scope, thicknesses, square footage, schedule and price so you can compare bids apples to apples.
Can you pave large yards affordably?
For big low-traffic areas, chip seal or compacted millings can deliver a firm, dust-free surface for less than full-depth asphalt. We'll show you the options.
Do you work with HOAs?
Yes — shared roads, cul-de-sacs and multi-year maintenance plans for East Mountain subdivisions.
